1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to enquiries made through it. If you choose to engage my services, the specific scope, fees and timelines will be confirmed in writing (for example by email and/or a written proposal/statement of work). Where there is any conflict, the agreed written scope will take priority.
2. Who I am
Simply Sorted by Ana is operated by Ana Famador-Miemiec ("I", "me", "my").
3. Services
I provide remote workflow and administrative systems support, which may include (depending on what we agree): project/workflow setup (e.g., Asana or Trello), file organisation and permissions (e.g., Google Drive), documentation/templates (e.g., SOPs), and client communications support.
4. Enquiries and information you provide
If you contact me via the website form, email or WhatsApp, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not contain unlawful, abusive or harmful content.
5. Fees, invoicing and payment
5.1 Project (fixed-scope) work
Fees are agreed in writing before work starts.
Invoices are issued separately (not via website checkout).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Work may be paused if an invoice becomes overdue.
5.2 Hourly support
If we agree an hourly arrangement:
I will confirm the hourly rate in writing.
I may require a pre-paid block of hours.
Time is tracked in reasonable increments and includes time spent delivering work and communicating about the work.
Any estimates provided are not guarantees.
5.3 Retainers (monthly support)
If we agree a monthly retainer:
The retainer fee and what’s included (hours and/or deliverables) will be confirmed in writing.
Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless we agree otherwise.
Unless stated otherwise, unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
Additional work outside the retainer may be quoted separately or billed at the agreed hourly rate.
6. Delivery timelines
6.1 Typical timelines
Where I provide a timeframe on this website, my typical delivery window is 5–14 days, depending on scope and capacity.
6.2 Dependencies
Any delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on timely access, information and feedback from you. If you delay providing required materials, timelines may shift.
7. Client responsibilities
To deliver the services, you may need to provide access to tools/accounts and relevant materials. You are responsible for:
ensuring you have the right to share any files/data you provide;
maintaining backups of your data;
reviewing deliverables and confirming they meet your requirements.
8. Intellectual property
Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
I retain ownership of my pre-existing templates, methods and materials.
Once you have paid in full, you may use the deliverables I create for your internal business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute or publish my templates/materials as standalone products without written permission.
9. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp). I am not responsible for the content, policies or availability of third-party websites.
10. Disclaimer
This website and any general information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial or other professional advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
I will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data).
My total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services will be limited to the fees you paid to me for the services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under law.
12. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this website.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the laws of England and Wales will apply. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
