1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to enquiries made through it. If you choose to engage my services as your Executive Assistant, the specific scope, fees, payment terms and working arrangements will be confirmed in writing (for example by email and/or a written agreement). Where there is any conflict, the agreed written terms will take priority.

2. Who I am

Weekly check-ins and progress updates

Services are delivered remotely, typically async (in writing), with set days of availability as agreed.
I do not provide bookkeeping, tax advice, legal advice, or content creation services.

4. Enquiries and information you provide

If you contact me via the website form, email or WhatsApp, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not contain unlawful, abusive or harmful content.

5. Fees, invoicing and payment

5.1 Hourly support

If we agree an hourly arrangement:

  • The hourly rate will be confirmed in writing.

  • Minimum commitment is 10 hours per week.

  • I may require a pre-paid block of hours.

  • Time is tracked in reasonable increments and includes time spent delivering work and communicating about the work.

  • Any estimates provided are not guarantees.

5.2 Monthly retainer

If we agree an hourly arrangement:

  • The retainer fee, hours per week, and what's included will be confirmed in writing.

  • Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless we agree otherwise.

  • Unless stated otherwise in our agreement, unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

  • Additional work outside the agreed retainer hours may be quoted separately or billed at the agreed hourly rate.

5.3 General payment terms

  • Invoices are issued separately (not via website checkout).

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 7–14 days).

  • Work may be paused if an invoice becomes overdue.

6. Working arrangements

6.1 Availability

I work on set days and hours as agreed with you. Currently, I have availability on Tuesday mornings and Friday 9am–4pm (UK time).

6.2 Communication

Check-ins are typically weekly and async (in writing).
You will always know what I'm working on and what's happening next.
Clear communication in writing helps keep everything on track.

6.3 Notice and termination

Either party may end the arrangement with 30 days written notice.
If you terminate early, you remain responsible for payment up to and including the notice period.
If I terminate early, I will help with a reasonable handover.
